The day begins with a special visit to a local dairy farm: you will witness the live production of fresh ricotta, following ancient rural techniques.
Afterwards, enjoy a warm tasting of freshly made ricotta, served with rustic bread and other local specialties. A true, traditional breakfast—genuine and unforgettable.

🌾 09:30 – Visit to the Salt Pans of Trapani and Paceco with onboard audioguide
We continue with an excursion to the Trapani and Paceco Salt Pans, a unique landscape where nature and human tradition meet in perfect harmony.
Explore the Salt Museum with a guided tour and don't miss the Salt Worker’s Trail with a pleasant walk along the salt pools. Between windmills and shimmering basins, you'll discover the secrets of this ancient craft. The views over the lagoons and the sea are simply breathtaking!

🚌 12:30 – Return to the hotel
End of the experience and return to your accommodation, with the scents and images of authentic Sicily still fresh in your memory.
