Located on the ground floor and ideal for both short and long stays, it sits approximately 500 meters (a 5-minute walk) from the long, sandy beach of Tonnarella. This well-equipped beach features numerous establishments offering amenities such as umbrellas, sun loungers, and dining services. The nearest airports are Palermo (Falcone-Borsellino), 109 km away (approx. 1 hour),... and Trapani (Birgi), 41 km away (approx. 45 minutes). The holiday home features a furnished veranda, a 600-square-meter garden, a barbecue, Wi-Fi, and three bicycles. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen-living area, a laundry room with an adjoining toilet, two bedrooms (one double and one children's room with two single beds and a single sofa bed), and a bathroom with a shower. It is situated 2.4 km from the city center (Piazza Mokarta and Piazza della Repubblica), the famous Arab *Kasbah* district, and the city's main landmarks: Piazza Plebiscito (home to the Dancing Satyr Museum), the Garibaldi Theatre, the Cathedral, and the Bishop's Palace. Continuing along the seafront—first via Lungomare Mazzini and then towards San Vito—the Mazara coastline shifts from long sandy beaches to a rocky shore. Finally, Mazara del Vallo is known as the "City of a Hundred Churches" and is home to one of Europe's most important fishing ports; it is perhaps best known, however, for the famous Mazara del Vallo Red Prawn. From Mazara del Vallo, you can easily reach the ancient Greek settlement of Selinunte, as well as Marsala, the island of Mozia, Erice, and the city of Trapani—famous for its salt pans and ferry connections to the Egadi Islands (which are also accessible from Marsala).
