Cous Cous School with the Women of San Vito Lo Capo

A unique opportunity to discover the secrets of traditional cous cous. From June to September, visitors to San Vito Lo Capo can take part in special workshops at the Museo del Cous Cous, entirely dedicated to the preparation of this iconic local dish.

The workshops are led by the women of San Vito, keepers of a culinary tradition passed down through generations, in an authentic and welcoming setting. The initiative is promoted by the Municipal Administration in collaboration with the Pro Loco of San Vito Lo Capo and the Kalos Association, in line with the cultural vision that led to the creation of the Cous Cous Museum – the first of its kind in the world.

At the end of each session, a tasting is offered. The museum can be reached via a free shuttle bus.
