MOOD is an experience. A journey. A state of mind. Created by Vincenzo Binaggia and Liliana Saladino, two young Sicilians with cosmopolitan souls, passionate travelers deeply rooted in their land. Their vision stems from a love for good food, a sense of hospitality, and the dream of offering something truly unique: a place where every detail is designed to evoke emotion.

Each dish is a sensory tale, signed by our chef – a creative interpreter of the finest ingredients, able to pay homage to Sicily with an international touch. A journey through the authentic and refined flavors of the Mediterranean: sea, land, citrus. Starters, first and second courses – both fish and meat – and signature desserts. And then our gourmet pizzas, crafted by our master pizzaiolo: like the one with Mazara red shrimp, truffle and burrata on a long-fermented tumminia dough, or the one with tomato, fior di latte, wild mushrooms, wild asparagus, and a drizzle of Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil.
